WuWa 3.5 Phase 2: Suisui release date, the first Glacio Rectifier healer, and Aemeath's rerun

Suisui headlines Wuthering Waves Version 3.5 Phase 2 from July 30, 2026 on the Blessings From Dewy Wings banner. She is a limited 5-star Glacio Rectifier and the first character to combine those two into a dedicated healer. Aemeath reruns alongside her. Both run to August 20.

When does Suisui release?
Phase 2 of Version 3.5 opens on July 30, 2026, the moment the Yangyang: Xuanling banner closes.
As with every Kuro phase switch, the calendar date you see depends on where you are. The rotation happens at 19:59 server time, so western players will see the new banner appear late on the 30th while some regions roll over into July 31:
| Region | Phase 2 opens |
|---|---|
| Asia (UTC+8) | July 31, early hours |
| Europe (UTC+1) | July 30, late evening |
| America (UTC-7) | July 30, 19:59 |
If you are budgeting pulls, the important number is the close: August 20, 2026. Version 3.5 is a long patch, roughly 40 days from its July 10 start, so Phase 2 gives you three full weeks.
Phase switches in Wuthering Waves do not require maintenance downtime.
What is Suisui's kit?
Suisui is a limited 5-star Glacio Rectifier, and the first Glacio Rectifier healer the game has shipped. Her kit has two halves:
- HP-scaling healing. Her healing output scales off her own HP rather than ATK, which means her build path diverges from every other Rectifier user you already own. Expect HP% echoes rather than the usual ATK% stack.
- Team damage amplification. She is not a pure sustain slot: she raises the team's outgoing damage, which is what keeps her in a roster once you have cleared the content she was pulled for.
Her signature weapon is Firstlight's Herald.
The HP-scaling detail is the one that changes your farming plans. If you have been sitting on ATK-oriented Rectifier gear expecting to reuse it, that stock does not transfer. Pre-farming HP% echoes before the 30th is the single most useful thing you can do this week.
Who is Aemeath and is the rerun worth it?
Aemeath's first rerun shares Phase 2. First reruns are usually the strongest value in any gacha calendar, because the second rerun is typically a year or more out, and anyone who skipped the debut is now three patches better resourced.
Running a debut healer against a first rerun in the same phase is a deliberate squeeze. Kuro is betting that players who skipped Aemeath the first time will find the pull budget for both.

What was in Version 3.5 Phase 1?
Version 3.5 went live on July 10, 2026 and runs to August 19–20, 2026.

Phase 1 headlined the debut of Yangyang: Xuanling, with reruns for Lynae and Luuk Herssen, each alongside their signature weapons.

Two selector banners, Starpath and Tideforge Reverbs, run for the entire version rather than a single phase. They let you pick one target 5-star from Jiyan, Yinlin, Jinhsi, Changli, Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao, plus one of their weapons. Because they cover the whole patch, they are still live during Phase 2, worth remembering if you have an old roster hole to fill.
What else is running in 3.5?
Version 3.5 carries eight tracked events built around the new Mengzhou region and the land of Xuanfang:
| Event | Type | Pays |
|---|---|---|
| A Glimpse of Xuanfang | Exploration | Astrite, tuners |
| Shape of Yesterday | Exploration | Astrite, supply materials |
| Lament Recon: Tacet Crisis | Combat | Astrite, upgrade materials |
| Virtual Crisis: Quadrant Trials | Combat | Astrite, upgrade materials |
| Recaptured: Action Highlights | Photography | Sigils, titles, avatars |
| Gifts of Aftertune | Log-in | Tides |
| Lollo Campaign: New Journey | Log-in | Consumables |

Almost all of them pay Astrite alongside upgrade materials, sigils, titles and avatars. If you are trying to fund Suisui without spending, clearing the two exploration events and both log-in tracks is where the free pulls are.
When is Version 3.6?
Not officially dated. Version 3.5 closes around August 19–20, 2026, which puts 3.6 at roughly August 20 or 21 on the existing cadence. Kuro Games has not confirmed it.
The Version 3.6 Special Broadcast is where the official date, the Phase 1 and Phase 2 banner order and the livestream redemption codes will land. Kuro historically runs that broadcast about a week before launch, so expect it around mid-August.
