Pale Blue Firmament Reaches Global 85 Days After CN, and It Adds Three Sinners, Not One

Pale Blue Firmament went live on May 14, 2026. That was the Chinese service, where it shipped as 「苍蓝穹顶」, main story chapters N9 and N10. Global gets the same chapter on August 7, 2026, which is 85 days later. Nothing about August 7 is a reveal: it is a port with a documented ending.

The count everyone has printed is also wrong. CN's patch notes name three new Sinners in one line: 「全新狂厄级禁闭者【席宁】【艾瑟默尔】、高危级禁闭者【皮克塞尔】登场」. Two at 狂厄级, which the Global English build calls S-Rank, and one at 高危级, which it calls A-Rank. That is Celine and Isomer at S, Pixel at A. The fourth lead of the storyline, Summer, has been playable on Global since long before this chapter.

Global's own contribution to all this is four videos and one sentence. The trailer went up on July 27, 2026 at 20:00:10 UTC-7, which is July 28 at 03:00:10 UTC, and runs 238 seconds, exactly 3 minutes 58 seconds. Three character PVs followed within a day. The only schedule statement the official English account has published reads "Time-limited event starts on August 7", with no time and no timezone attached, and the notice board at ptn.aisnogames.com still carried no patch note on August 1.

August 7, and everything Global has not said

Six days before launch, the official English side had published a date without a clock. That is not unusual for this game: the KB precedent is [Aureate Regale], the July 2025 main story chapter, whose full notice landed on the board at ptn.aisnogames.com/en-EN/news/232 on July 21 for a July 22 start. Trailers, PVs and one-line date posts go out on YouTube and X first, and the patch note arrives at or just before maintenance.

Two clock conventions matter when it does. Event windows are quoted "(Server Time)" with no offset in every official Global post, and we print that string as the game does rather than convert it. Maintenance windows are quoted "(UTC+0)", with April 15, 2026 and November 4, 2025 both running 05:00 to 09:00 in that zone. Whether "Server Time" and UTC+0 are the same clock has never been stated officially, so treat any converted local time you see for August 7 as a guess.

The precedent also sets the shape of the release. Global ships main story chapters as "[Name] New Main Story Chapter Series Event", staged across two numbered chapters roughly two days apart, with the unlock requirement temporarily lowered for the event window. CN did exactly that here, N9 on May 14 and N10 on May 16 at 05:00, with the 「N8·歧行至破晓」 gate dropped to Re1-9「于彼岸重逢」 for the duration. Global has confirmed none of it.

The one piece of English text the trailer does carry is the chapter's couplet, verbatim in its description:

"Stars hang high, forged from desire; Skies stay pure, yet drown in the deep."

CN prints a longer form of the same lines, opening 「长卷残墨,塔中愚人」. The trailer's captions are auto-generated, there is no official transcript, and so no in-trailer dialogue is quotable. Lines circulating as trailer quotes, including the two that ran in the first version of this page, have no official source.

Isomer, MBCC-S-930

Her name and her rank come off the official PV title. Everything below that line comes off community infoboxes built during the CN run, and it is tiered accordingly.

Alignment is not a damage type and Arcane is not a role tag. Community infoboxes print "Core Arcane" for her, where "Core" flags a Core Damage dealer rather than a second class, so the class to write down is Arcane.

Frame from the official Path to Nowhere character PV titled Sinner MBCC-S-930 Isomer, published on the game's English YouTube channel on July 28, 2026 at 20:00 UTC-7, 66 seconds long.

In the fiction she is Director of the DisCity Ring Research Institute and, verbatim from her Criminal Record, "has led and directly advanced the establishment of the Black Ring Monitoring Project", with illegal experiments, misuse of funds and fraudulent use of authority against her name. Her ability summary reads: "Understanding of Chaos Theory allows her to transform any small variable into a massive chain reaction across an entire system at will, utilizing Mania to compress long durations of time into instantaneous ones." She has been at the Institute since before BR-002 erupted in N.F. 104, which the wiki uses to estimate her age at roughly 33 to 35 in N.F. 116, flagged there as an estimate.

Her introduction line, verbatim from the PV description: "Greetings, Chief of MBCC. You may call me Isomer. I'm ready to proceed with our collaboration when you are."

Her kit does not exist in English yet, and this is the part to be careful with. Both community wikis carry blank stat tables: no HP, ATK, DEF, RES, Block or attack speed value has been published in English. Everything a pull decision would want comes from a single CN guide and is T3. That reading has her as a high-burst chaos-type Magic damage dealer, attack-speed-driven, mixing area suppression with single-target penetration, working two projectile streams: 粒子流, "Particle Stream", off basic attacks, and 高能粒子流, "High-Energy Particle Stream", off the ultimate. The CN skill strings are 【初始扰动】, 【连锁推演】, 【效应放大】 and 【混沌模型】, and there are no official English names for any of them. The ultimate is reported at 25 energy and slow to come online, with CN guides recommending 3 Shackles to smooth the first wave. None of that is confirmed for the Global build.

One spoiler-adjacent note, kept general. Her file number, 930, is Chinese net-slang for "still missing you", which the wiki ties directly to how Pale Blue Firmament ends, and her CN voice actor said on a bilibili stream that she cried filming Isomer's final scene and that the delivery was not scripted that way. The chapter's ending is heavy on CN. Players who want it clean should avoid CN wiki pages before August 7.

Celine, MBCC-S-726, the second S-Rank

The English coverage of this chapter, such as it is, has been written around one new S-Rank. There are two. Celine Fabius, 席宁·法比乌斯, got her own PV on the official channel on July 28, 2026 at 21:00 UTC-7, tagged #PaleBlueFirmament, and her wiki bio states plainly that she is "added through the Pale Blue Firmament storyline alongside Isomer and Pixel". CN's patch line lists her first of the two 狂厄级 additions.

Frame from the official Path to Nowhere character PV titled Sinner MBCC-S-726 Celine, published July 28, 2026 at 21:00 UTC-7 and tagged with the Pale Blue Firmament hashtag, 75 seconds long.

A case file that reads "[Data Deleted]" is the interesting field here, and it is the only one of the three new records that does. Her PV line: "I'm writing down your story. If you'd like to see... come, sit with me. We can go through it together, page by page."

How Global hands her out is the open question. She is not on the reported August 7 rate-up, and no second banner, event-shop route or story reward has been announced for her.

Pixel is an A-Rank Sinner, not a High-Risk anything

"High-Risk Confined Person" is not a character type. 高危级 is simply what CN calls the A-Rank tier, exactly as 狂厄级 is what it calls S-Rank, and the shipped Global English string is A-Class Sinner. Read as a species rather than a grade, it hides the only thing a player needs to know: Pixel is a pullable A-Rank unit with a class, an alignment and an Exclusive Crimebrand.

The MBCC-S- prefix does not encode rank either. Every Sinner PV on the channel is titled Sinner MBCC-S-<number> <Name> regardless of grade, and Pixel's own is "Sinner MBCC-S-403 Pixel".

Frame from the official Path to Nowhere character PV titled Sinner MBCC-S-403 Pixel, published July 28, 2026 at 02:00 UTC-7, 47 seconds long, showing the A-Rank Sinner added with the chapter.

Her PV description gives "Ta-daaaa! And here I am... Pixel, in the flesh!" and a joke about being born with a computer head. The line about "a thread of morning light harvested from the shining heights" that ran in the first version of this page appears in no official text and has been removed.

The two services also do not hand her out the same way, which is the one CN detail that must not be imported wholesale. On CN, Pixel was free: players exchanged for her outright in 【采购办-科研基金】 with the event token 【C刊论文】. On Global she is reported as an A-Class feature on the Isomer rate-up instead. Same character, different route, and CN's shop rewards do not transfer.

Summer, the fourth lead, already on Global

The returning main character of Pale Blue Firmament is Summer, not Shalom. All three new Sinner bios name her as one of the storyline's main characters alongside Isomer, Celine and Pixel, and she is the only one of the four Global players already own: MBCC-S-011, S-Rank, Reticle, HERESY, ability Infinite Knowledge, Exclusive Crimebrand HERO, 夏音. Her kit text, verbatim, reads "A Sinner who is adept at Physical Output. Summer automatically summons [Drones] while in combat", to a maximum of four on the field at once.

Her page also carries the full stat table the three new ones lack, HP 953 to 4097 and ATK 154 to 661 across levels 1 to 90, which is a useful reminder of how little is documented about the newcomers. Shalom is a real S-Rank, but her documented event tie is Flora Unfurl and the Silent Order banner, not this chapter.

The banner: expected, not confirmed

Treat this section as unsettled. The window and roster below came back identically across three separate searches, in the exact house format the official account uses, but the source post could not be opened: x.com returns HTTP 402 to automated fetch, the syndication endpoint times out, and the notice board had not published the patch note as of August 1.

That is a 34-day window if it holds, which is longer than the 28-day CN event period for the chapter itself and consistent with how the game has run recent rate-ups. We will update this section when the patch note lands.

The pull case for Isomer cannot honestly be written yet. There is no English skill text, no numbers, no Crimebrand recommendation grounded in the Global build, and no tier list has been updated for her. Anyone deciding before the patch note is deciding on a CN guide.

What August 7 replaces, and what is already running

Murphy's Misadventures runs July 10 to August 7, 2026. It ends the day Pale Blue Firmament starts, which makes Murphy (S-Rank, Fury, LIMBO, MBCC-S-131) and Norma (A-Rank, Umbra, LOVE, MBCC-S-256) the additions immediately preceding this chapter. Anything still open in that event closes as the new one opens.

Frame from the official Path to Nowhere trailer for Murphy's Misadventures, the event that runs July 10 to August 7, 2026 and ends the day Pale Blue Firmament begins.

The other live item overlaps both. Surveillance Order Season [Cosmic Hymn] opened August 3 at 08:00 and runs to September 14 at 04:59 (Server Time), with the 3-star attire "Raven - When Praising the Stars" at Order Lv. 20. That season is the only piece of the August calendar carrying an official start time and an official end time, which is a fair measure of how much of the month is actually documented.

Frame from the official Path to Nowhere attire PV for Raven, When Praising the Stars, the three-star outfit attached to Surveillance Order Season Cosmic Hymn running August 3 to September 14, 2026.

Who makes it, and where it runs

MBCC is the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control. The official Global site's own meta description reads: "As Chief of the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control (MBCC), you are to command the most dangerous Sinners in DisCity." Renderings such as "Mania-Borne Containment Corps" appear in no source. Mania is real, and it is the substance Sinners draw their powers from, which is what makes the wrong expansion sound plausible.

The credits are worth separating properly, because one acronym does three jobs here. On CN the game is credited 「MBCC工作室独立研发」, developed by MBCC Studio, and 「由自意网络发行」, published by Ziyi Network. On Global the Google Play developer field reads AISNO Games, and the App Store seller of record is ZIYI Group HK LIMITED with AISNOGames as the listed artist. "AISNO Games develops Path to Nowhere" is the common English shorthand and it is fine for Global, but it is not what the Chinese credit says.

The launch dates run the other way round from how they are usually printed. CN came first, on August 11, 2022. Global followed on October 27, 2022, a date the game's own pre-launch hashtag #PTN1027 confirms. The local catalogue entry in data/games/path-to-nowhere.json carries 2022-10-21 and is wrong.

Platforms are iOS and Android. There is no official PC client: the App Store listing is id1606685106, the Android package is com.zy.wqmt.global with more than 1,000,000 installs, and every "Path to Nowhere on PC" result is an emulator page. The publisher's own genre string is "Real-time SRPG Tower Defense".

On the business side, June 2026 revenue was roughly $700,000, split about $500,000 iOS and $200,000 Android. The month to compare it against is May 2026, at $1.6 million, not January, which was itself $700,000. The series has swung between $500,000 and $1.6 million every few months for a year, so one month down is a data point rather than a trend.

Three things will say where August 7 lands

Whether the patch note prints chapter numbers N9 and N10. CN used them and Global has published nothing. If the notice board matches CN's numbering and staging, the two-day gap between the halves is predictable from May 14 and May 16, and so is the lowered unlock requirement.

Whether Celine gets a route in the same patch. She is the second S-Rank of the chapter and she is absent from the reported rate-up. A story-locked release, a second banner later in the window, or an event-shop exchange like the one CN used for Pixel are all live options, and none has been announced.

Whether Global publishes a start time at all. As of August 1, the entire Global schedule for this chapter is the sentence "Time-limited event starts on August 7". The reported banner window is the only figure carrying a clock, it is unverified, and the notice board is where that gets settled.

FAQ

When does Pale Blue Firmament start on Global? August 7, 2026. No start time and no timezone have been published. Maintenance notices for this game are posted in UTC+0, event windows are quoted "(Server Time)" with no offset, and the two have never officially been stated to be the same clock.

Is this new content? No. It launched on CN on May 14, 2026 as 「苍蓝穹顶」, main story chapters N9 and N10, with the event window closing June 11. Global is 85 days behind.

How many new Sinners does it add? Three. Isomer (MBCC-S-930, S-Rank, Arcane) and Celine (MBCC-S-726, S-Rank, Catalyst) are both S-Rank, and Pixel (MBCC-S-403, A-Rank, Reticle) is A-Rank. Summer, the fourth main character of the storyline, is already on Global.

Is Pixel a "High-Risk Confined Person"? No. She is an A-Rank playable Sinner. "High-Risk" is a literal rendering of the CN tier label 高危级, which is what CN calls A-Rank. The Global English build says A-Class.

When is the Isomer banner and who else is on it? Reported as August 7th, 14:00 to September 10th, 13:59 (Server Time), with Isomer as the S-Class feature and Pixel, Pine and Cassia as A-Class. Treat that as expected, not confirmed: the source post could not be fetched and no official patch note exists yet.

Should I pull for Isomer? There is no English skill text, no stat table on either community wiki, and no Global-verified Crimebrand recommendation. The only kit reading available is a CN guide, and it is community-tier. Wait for the patch note.

How do I get Celine? Unannounced. She is not on the reported rate-up, and Global has published no acquisition route for her.

Is Pale Blue Firmament an event story like Raging Sands or Night of Wonders? No. It is a main story chapter. Raging Sands, Dreamy Bubble and Night of Wonders are story events from late 2022 and early 2023; CN filed this one under 主线章节, and Global's format for it is the main story chapter series event.

What does MBCC stand for? Minos Bureau of Crisis Control, verbatim from the official Global site. MBCC is also the name of the CN development studio, which is a separate referent.

Is there a PC version? No. Path to Nowhere ships on iOS and Android only. Everything advertising a PC client is an emulator.
